Hi, I'm Stefano Fadone

I'm an Ontological Transformational Coach dedicated to helping people achieve success in their lives.

My mission is to make Audacity, Passion, and Love accessible to others... as a source of well-being.

I never imagined that in ten years, I'd transition from "coachee to coach." It wasn't easy, but it became possible once I chose to consider that in life, there's always at least one other point of view beyond my own.

Always passionate about personal growth, I chose to train in the United Kingdom. This allowed me to expand my natural leadership abilities, finding effectiveness in thoughts and ideas by using a method that generates alignment, cooperation, and partnership among people. 

My engagement skills, combined with team-building expertise, led me to guide a group on a global project in 2019, achieving the #2 spot worldwide.

In 2019 and 2020, I worked and studied to become an Executive Coach, earning the international ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in January 2021.

During my sessions, I guide coachees to achieve extraordinary results in their key areas of life (Family, Work, Relationships, etc.). 

Something truly magical has emerged in their lives.
